This comprehensive residential renovation centered on major interior improvements and structural reconfigurations, beginning with raised ceiling heights and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. A complete kitchen overhaul introduced custom cabinets, fresh countertops, a central island, updated appliances, and new lighting. The custom bathroom transformations were highlighted by converting the original laundry area into a full bathroom complete with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower showcasing large-format tile, herringbone accents, and a custom niche, alongside an additional bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and modern finishes. The project was rounded out with new doors, trim, fresh interior paint, updated lighting, and seamless coordination across plumbing, electrical, and other specialized trades.
