Complete renovation and conversion of an existing duplex into a single-family 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home.
The project included extensive interior demolition and reconstruction, reconfiguration of the existing floor plan, updated mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, drywall and finishes, a completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinetry and countertops, tile work, lighting, fixtures, interior painting, and finish carpentry. The renovation also incorporated existing architectural elements, including exposed historic brick and restored original wood flooring, while introducing modern finishes and an updated open living/kitchen layout.
